I do not agree with this strategy. because investments in ICO really like playing gambling. Will never be unexpected results. whether many or few or even no results. then we'd better invest in coins as well.
Not everything you think about ICO is bad and not benefit. I think ICO is the best place to get opportunities to support a project while investing. I know the risks brought by ICO are large, including scams, but there are still many ICO projects that are classified as successful and able to show themselves with positive trends in the market and in project development after the ICO is complete.
