You'd be better off buying the 6870 (the exact same card that requires less power) for $150 right now and they are available.

I shouldve put part numbers and stuff. Total cost for each of the 5850 rigs was around 1050 and then i added on a little for shipping and for installing windows license and all the goodies there. The 5850 was around 1100 so same thing there. I was thinking $1 per mhash was reasonable...
