I feel sorry for them because your friends lost the hope to earn through crypto. With that said, they must be doing panic selling right now and spreading the negativity about bitcoin. I think because of the market right now it's getting down some are living crypto they don't understand the situation and the roll of the game but me i still believing in crypto that's why i remain in crypto for the future.
