Theoretically you would get the benefit of a fixed price compared to the risk of slippage by buying on the secondary market. But if they really raised $11 million in the beginning of the year, there is bound to be a lot of supply to counteract buying pressure.

Idex is relatively small, unknown and more complicated to operate than e.g. Binance so there is a chance that people will still buy ICO tokens.

I am not sure about it. Yes, idex is way smaller than binance but it is very easy to use. I don't think any ico investor would have a problem to use idex.
