Im facing same problem again too. They are escalated to payment team.
I believe they will make a payment to their members on weekday as I know payment team are not working on weekend.

I bet there 20x more guys in your situation right now, just they dont post about it on BTCTalk

Yes, seems to be the case...its unfortunate because delaying on withdrawals really keeps potential customers away...

before i deposit a substantial amount, ill test the site first....and just so disappointed with withdrawal procedures....

But a couple things besides withdrawal being slow...i hope your customer service reps give more detail about why withdrawals stay pending....also their message is awful....when they say "we understand that you want to receive your winnings as quickly as possible"....who says they are winnings? someone could just be withdrawing a bit of what they originally deposited....that statement really bothered me...hope you accept constructive criticism
