Hey, I got the same issue, I opened a ticket and the support told to send the faulty board to them (It was only one chain which has the BB error), now the miner is working at 130~140H/S, pictures below.
I'm trying to get a free coupon from them to compensate for the missing days without the board but I know they will give nothing Cheesy

how you sent the board for repair? 1 hashboard has 6 asics boards on it (3 chains number ie 1,2,3 or 8,9,10 or 11,12,13). Mine is chain 11 is missing. One chain has 2 asics boards, so did you send whole 1 hashboard (6 asic boards)?
