This is general thumb rule on trading factors. If you want to involved in trading field i would like to go with the buying phase whenever the bearish market falling and bumping in the market all the time.

When you looking to invest on the ico projects that time you may go with the pre sale time and make money out of it buddy.

But most trader dump specially small trader like me when it comes to holidays like december, pump is base on demand, if there's a lot of demand then price turn up.
