It doesn't mean that it will rise again but i think that it would be hard to get back to $20k but there are many news and many panic buying that could make bitcoin price to reach again $20k.
But again if the bitcoin price reaches $20k then there would be that the transaction fees will cost too much like we saw recently when the price of bitcoin was double than the actual price. After a while we will see how large will the bitcoin price be because there will available less bitcoins than before (There will be mined less bitcoin).

Yew bitcoin will rise up to $20,000 but not now because the price of Bitcoin is already down and its demand is also decreasing in the market.Bitcoin is unable to recover from the downfall of its price from a very long time now.People are selling their Bitcoins at lower prices only.I think Bitcoin will recover soon but definitely this will take a lot of time as the prices are dependent on the forces of demand and supply,how much investment is done in Bitcoin and several other factors.
