New investor would actually feel reluctant to invest during a bear market. The price fall will totally discourage them from investing unless the price has hit the bottom. This is when all the whales and new investors join and jumps on the train. They start investing as much as they can and this causes the price to go back forward and the bull run begins.

We do not have to wish for our desired situations or conditions every time but should think for benefit as it is the most important thing investors look for. Whenever you start to look for benefit then you will be a successful person on any place in any conditions. In this market some people think that they are in loss but they do not see that they can recover and benefit their selves by buying more in numbers.
