And if it is a threat then bitcoin would be banned a long time ago but it is not. Bitcoin can really help to the existence of job and currencies in the world.

I think its not a threat too, but rather creates another way to earn or an opportunity for any people from anywhere in the world. Its not a threat to jobs but create a job in my opinion. Now with cryptocurrency, you can tap anywhere for a project and paid in bitcoin or any coin he prefers. Its very innovative now a days and a cheaper way to scout for talent who can deliver.
