also the availability of online gambling makes them harder to stay away because you can access it easily compare to casinos, yeah people who always busy dont have time to gamble or even for themselves gamblers who often gamble must have alot of time in their hands, i think having a maximum limit is better than maximum time you never know how much you would spend in every session.

What do you mean by how many hours? Gambling is not a job and one should not give much time to such a bad thing. I just give 30 minutes to gambling in casino, because I dont believe in online gambling. It is just a waste of time and money. I give 30 minutes to gambling and the rest to having enjoyment with my friends doing different things.
