There's way way way more reasons than poor communicationa and marketting. A lot of the times most of the projects have no real goals to achieve

It is because good communication strategy and marketing strategy are necessary in making or having a company since there are a lot of competitors everywhere that whoever doesn't get more audience are most likely to fail.
