Should be syncing without problems. Check your file is called ufo.conf, not ufocoin.conf. Check it's on %APPDATA% -> UFO and firewall allows wallet to connect.

two more questions

conf file have to be on %APPDATA% ?
conf file name ufo.conf ? my wallet's name is ufo-qt?

Open Windows default file explorer. On address bar, type %APPDATA%, find UFO folder and edit the ufo.conf you will find there as explained previously. Wallet's name is ok, don't worry about that Wink
