@OP are you talking about scammers or spammers? please differentiate them
leave negative feedback trust to tag scammers and use merit to reward good quality posts
it seems you mixed them and just trying to weaken the system to easily get merit
suchmoon pointed the flaw in your propose scheme that can be exploited easily
