I agree with you that Cassie should report the matter as a crime. If she does report the crime and the police arrest Justin for taking the BTC without consent, for DDOS attacks on her and then defaming her character via the pathetic website, then I think he will probably get a prison sentence.

But cassie aka a guy, Is also fucked because bitcoin is still not recognized as a official currency. I would wait until the us courts clear that up on the 29th.
