Have you got your account back? I had the same issue after joining on Primedice forum. They have got confused with another account which uses same IP and banned my account. This rarely happens if you are using VPN. Then I created a new account and contacted Dan (Admin) and explained my issue. He helped me to retrieve my account and deleted the new one.
