Well, did you already contact their support about this? They probably can help you with account verification.

This is the first thing should really be check it out when joining up something if its country compatibility because once you've done things and problems arise you would definitely very hassle situation.

Yeah like what I've been doing for a long time before I make a transaction in an exchange I'd made sure that I already know what should be done and checking the withdrawal verification is a must look for me.
