Yes this is now an amount that you can invest to own an ETH or two but back then when the prices were high, this was not the case. This means that this is an excellent time to invest because of the absence of that restriction that required a specific minimum amount of money to start.

Of course you still needed to have even a least amount of coin before you can start trading it's only basic, what would you use to trade if you don't have even a least right.
