Well, I wanted to chat live over Skype, Hangout, Livechat or anything..
I have already tried the Livechat from your website, but it never worked for me, it's basically like a Contact Form instead, after i fill-up the details to start the chat, it says "Thanks for the message! We'll get back to you as soon as we can."
Seems like the agents are never online on Livechat.

Any other way to initiate a live conversation ?
