Well the details the Freebitco.in website asks for is related to the sign up process and login process. Any website which has entry input fields which users type in to (sign up, making purchases, placing bids, etc) must be GDPR compliant.

Freebitco.in has a login/create account facility so it means GDPR is mandatory for any resident of the EU that accesses the website so why is freebitco.in not GDPR European Law compliant?
