Also, the team needs to simplify the process of payment and receipt of coins, so that the vast majority of the world's population could cope with this.

right now their are many competitors of eth but eth is still number one in payments and ICOs yet
there are still needs to do a lot of developments on eth network. for newbies user transaction speed is the problem when eth network got load and user have to pay high gas price to make quick transaction confirmation.
i think in future this problem will be resolve by scaling the eth network.
