i agree with your said about king for ico and token platform, but your statement about no other blockchain are hosted i'm not agree, as you see few ico using other platform, like EOS, stellar, Waves, Komodo, Achain and etc

the more the ICO use Ethereum as reward as it currently shows the level of confidence in the Ethereum. This does not close the possibility to Ethereum became King of the ICO is currently. so I very much agree with making the Ethereum as King of ICO.
