How you plan to use raised funds?Will it depend on the amount raised?

I guess it depends on how much they raise. They certainly can't use money same way if they reach soft cap or hard cap

From what I saw, even with just soft cap reached app will have most of the functionalities, In that 1.0 version.

Yes all the major stuff should be out in 1.0 and then they will just keep adding new features in future versions.
