It will be similar like for Paypal. We will recommend users to solve problem themselves, however if they can`t manage to solve, then they can escalate to our customer service and we will review case files and make final decision.

That could be a complicated process more often than you would expect. It happens quite often that two parties can't come to an agreement.

That why our customer care will be the ones to say final word in case of dispute.

I said that because I think you may underestimate how much customer service you will need to handle all the disputes.
