Because for me, while you're stressing the need for a working product to validate a project from not being a scam, the project is equally as important and there's not much info about them.

The Speed Shopper Team consists of Mitchell McElroy who is the Founder/CEO and a team of Independent Developers who aren't employees of Speed Shopper. They aren't listed as Team Members because that would be disingenuous. You should ask yourself why a person who has the funds to hire a team trying to fund-raise via Token Crowdsale/ICO. Teams of people don't work for free and many ICO participants are deceived by unscrupulous people who pretend to have a team and actually do not.
