Easy, that is where the founder of LPC is from. The CEO and co-founder is from Dallas. You should give Damon a call if you like, I have had several conversations with him and have found him to be open, honest and intelligent.

Not everyone in Ukraine is trying to rip you off you know, and if you really think about it, it is really a racist comment.
