bows to the Kimoto Gravity Well dev, but we won't add it to eToken.

The update for the fork should be available in the nexts hours. As said, this will be brutal and lots of peoples will not notice yet the update.

When the new version release, 1 or 2 blocks will still be on 8 diff. But it should be recalculated right after this (the last effort). Then we expect the diff drop of 300-400%.

To apologies for the issue, we also added a bonus in the code. blocks 43000 to 45000 will have a x2 bonus (so 3 inferiors rewards on x2).

I still need someone to compile for windows.
