And there usually are others that are worth more, but that changes pretty much daily. So only worth while if you switch very quickly before difficulty increases, have a pool with a low mininum and confirmation and get the coins quickly enough to an exchange...

so that is big NOOO.
even when some coins are more profitable then btc the are usually more profitable by small amount off profitability and not by 4-5 times. so if you consider that exchange site will charge you fee for "somecoin to btc exchange" you'll end up with smaller earnings that you will have by mining btc.
