My favorite exchanges right now is bittrex and binance although I still use poloniex to trade. In bittrex, you need to send personal identification and the telephone number to be verified so you can withdraw in a big bitcoin amount. But in binance, I think it is enough to use the telephone number to get verified beside of the email verification. We still difficult to know when the price can go up but it will happen in someday and I think you can try to sell bitcoin in every time the price increase and you can also buy bitcoin in every time the price decrease.

You should start trading but you must follow some rules of crypto trading then you will become successful otherwise you may lose your money. You should know everything about the market; you must have trading experience and skills, and have the courage to bear the loss due to fall in the price. You must give as much time as you can to observe the market keenly.
