It's always based on you, if you think that your coin will not increase the market value better to exchange it but if you feel that your coin will increase better if you just hold it and wait until the market price increase so thst you can make money on it.

Basically we want to earn huge money that's why we are here in crypto industry but because of necessity , we force to trade our coins even if it has have a smaller value . But for those coins which the price were have a potential to grow , then I will advice to hold .
