The admin goes by the same name as the site "SafeDice" and yes basically he hasn't been active at all recently.

Seemed to be the admin, however he stopped being active since late June 2018, so it doesn't really help you there.

Just like a few users pointed out in the past. Its called SAFEDice because your BTC is Safe since its frozen. Since its frozen, you can't spend it. LOL! I know its a bad joke.
