You guys are really pathetic, your threat is base on nothing.
I contacted the "tribunal de commerce" (tribunal of commerce) and "l'INPI" (brand registration), you appear nowhere as financial service, or service related to crypto...
So you guys want to make us believe that you create a company in France, the code APE (commercial sector code) need to be "Autres activités auxiliaires de services financiers, hors assurance et caisses de retraite, n.c.a. (6619B)" but you have no financial license and no registration... Good luck with the FISC (equivalent of IRS), and TRACFIN (fights money laundering in France and Europe).
And the montage Joel made is pretty useless. he had a shoe repair shop and then switch to zoinofficial...in septembre 2018... (LOL).
The ONLY thing you can do with ZOIN name is selling t-shirt and goodies...
