Looking at a lot of charts and for now I only see bitcoin rising first and altcoins following by the end of november/ mid december. Growth is in the new money coming in and that'll likely first be in bitcoin/XRP and then the rest. I'm HODLing, because VIA is a hard one to accumulate at a bottom.
As Romano said on twitter, VIA's volume went up a lot on Binance, while the price didn't jump too much, something wipp happen for sure with VIA's price in my opinion
Volume going up this much without significant rise in price is showing that its reaching end of accumulation phase and is getting ready to take off.
