Look, I'm obviously biased, but that is not fair. I was drawn in the original one right? As i followed the rules why should i be bumped out of a winning position?

the other way around is, we generate the winner based from the original list, then take out the alleged scammers/alts and replaced with the respective next number

This, original fair winners shouldnt be removed from their prizes. the fake are the ones who only need to be removed.
