The crypto doesn't need new money but crypto needs all of the speculators to put all of their money to the crypto again. there was so many speculators are worrying about the crypto condition. look at how some big scam ico just like EOS has been grabbing more than 4 billions from the market. It's giving a huge impact to the market.
