I guess it is just a preparatory stage fr the ethereum to rise and people or the investors of eth or the one with eth do not need to worry about the current value of it. When the bull comes probably the price of ethereum will rise too. Amd this will results to market rise. Juststay and watch, hodl and do not panic.

What worries people is that when the market goes down, what is the way to ETH or any cryptocurrency that could increase in the future?
