They have no reputation. They don't even want to deal with what has occurred. They as you see even here at a forum, are silent. Any project which would estimate reputation at once, would ask everything the parameter and the ravine of my rates
As I can see from your screenshots, you are from Russia, so I suggest you to register on PD forum
https://forum.primedice.com/ and discuss your problem in Russian section there. I'm sure they will answer all your questions regarding dicebot usage, possibility of "changing bets" on the part of PD etc. On a personal note, I can say that if that what you claim was possible, PD wouldn't be so popular and respected dice site. But after reading your posts I doubt that my words can convince you.
You may not believe I don't understand what reputation you're talking about if their support isn't even trying to figure out what happened
Any casino with a reputation would immediately start figuring out what happened.
And scammers they don't even want to communicate , just as you say about the fictional reputation
Well you're the only Person till now that has come up with such issues.
And your timestamps are hard to make believe and probabily one of the reasons why Support team will not take it into consideration.
If you think your account was somehow "hacked" during those timestamps then just enable 2FA. That's why the security option exists in first place.
If hackers broke in, they would have withdrawn the money, in my case it was all merged on the chance 49.5, I never played on this chance
They do not have a reputation based on the opinion of players, they ban those players whom they have deceived, if you read reviews of independent sites, they have a very bad reputation, and such players which they have deceived a lot
I didn't look at your screenshots because I rather not click any links unless its from a reputable img host.
However I don't understand your case.
You said you were playing with a 0.21 win chance so about 1/5th win rate. And then it was somehow switched to 1/2th win rate. And you are saying that it made you lose the bet, however since yours odd increased and not decreased you lost anyways so the 1/5th odd bet would of been a loser also.
Like the user said above, it defaults to 49.5 when you refresh your browser. This is most likely what happened. Next time you need to double check before clicking the Roll button.
I've lost all my BTC before also, basically accidently clicked MAX BET and clicked Roll and lost the bet. I didn't blame PD, it was my own fault.
