Hi TimeTeller, thanks for taking the time to ask us those very valid questions!

First of all, the app that you see is one of our older apps - this is not the same as the Eatonomy Rewards app that we are currently creating.
Let me give you a little bit of history on Eatonomy, as that will definitely help you understand better. We started the company in 2016, and created mobile products to help restaurant owners reduce the amount of food they throw away at the end of the day, by making it available at a discount to customers around the community. This way, food merchants would have a new revenue stream and reduce their food waste, while customers would be able to access cheaper foods that are still good to eat.

When we started pilot testing with retailers around Toronto, they told us that they would actually love to have a way to digitally reward and advertise to their customers, increase foot traffic into their stores, and reward loyal customers for different actions and behaviours.

The app that you see is the old product, which we performed closed testing on with our initial partners. We created 4 apps in total. Two android apps, and two on the App Store- one for customers and one for restaurant partners. We never marketed it out much, because we started working on our new iteration of product that would be a platform that allows brands and retailers to reward customers using tokenized rewards points.

In a nutshell, the app you see in the screenshot is an older product of ours. We are creating the MVP of our new rewards platform right now which would combine our learnings from pilot testing, and would integrate a rewards system based on the Stellar blockchain. The MVP app has not been launched on the Appstore or Google Playstore yet - and will be launched very soon - we will let the community know when it does!

In terms of how we intend to gain partners, our solution can accommodate three main types of partners, i.e those with an existing loyalty program who want to have an extra way for customers to redeem their own points (exchange between brand point and our native token); those who want to set up a loyalty system but not handle any of the technicalities (whitelabeled solution); and those who want to reward customers for their engagement and behaviour but not manage their own loyalty system (reward with TREs). We are also in talks with potential partners who may be willing to be early adopters of our platform and test with us.
To increase adoption amongst customers, we will run campaigns that will reward customers for day-to-day purchases, for downloading the app, for engaging with early partners, and for completing surveys and providing input. Once a sizeable customer base is established, retailers are more likely to get on board as well.

What's the status of your MVP? Been here last month and you replied with the above post.
Did you get partners on board? Or even potential partners? Have you convinced them?
You need to fast track your developments. You will get more competitors if you will not get ahead of them.
Your whitepaper is well organized. It means, you really put your effort into it. And not just like a 5-min idea.
But up until now, your thread is still the same. Maybe run promotional campaigns in different social media channels would help.
