A lot of people still live off the land without money. Money is just a concept, its really juts numbers on a comuter screen. The only thing that gives money value is everyone believing it has some sort of value.

You are correct when you say that money is just a concept, however even even in the most remote locations people have created their own form of money and it is not really surprising why that is the case, money is an incredibly useful concept that allows people to trade in a more efficient way that is why it exists, it makes easier to give a price to everything when you have a unit of account in which everyone agrees to accept for their goods and services.
