Who can prevent you from transferring your KGT to anyone for payment or without payment (no one will know), The token will be built on ERC-20. So it can be done easily. However, we still have not seen a smart contract code published and audited.

I read on whitepaper that KGT can only be converted into chips in the game, but they do not provide a platform that can convert chips into KGT. This means they certainly prioritize features in their games, and just want to adapt blockchain technology to the service of buying tokens into chips.
But that does not mean that these tokens cannot be traded on a decentralized exchange such as etherdelta, etc. It's just that they don't have plans to provide and list their tokens in large centralized exchange like binance.
