Their unique selling point to attract investors is calling this project "Shariah" compliant. This project cannot be Shariah compliant because when you start a business that you claim to be Halal or Shariah compliant but will not make checks as to who is investing in your company and which source those funds are coming from then it is not a Shariah compliant business. The people behind this exchange are liars and scammers.

You think so, because developers do not check investors? I havent learned that part of a project in detail yet, but it seems to me that you shouldnt make such statements based only on such arguments..
