1) Potentially distributed means that the total number may be, say, 20 million and 25 million, but not more than 31.25 million KGT.

2) Bounty pool (250k KGT) and Special bonus for contributors (1 million KGT) are already included in 31.25 million KGT?

That is a huge amount. I am really excited to heard the result of this token sale because this is the first time they entered crypto.
