Make a copy of your wallet.dat and store it somewhere safe. After this try to start your wallet with the -salvagewallet command.
Example for linux: ./helix-qt -salavagewallet
Example windows: Download this wallet fix.cmd, put it in the same folder as your helix-qt.exe file and run the .cmd file.
