It has been 25 days since Cloudbet froze my account. I heard nothing from their team since than, although I sent them all the documents they asked for the very next day. This ronnie guy who is speaking on their behalve on this forum is also ignoring my messages. In the meantime I did some investigations in Montenegro. It seems that the company that issues Cloudbet a license is shady company with lot or problems with the Montenegro gambling authorities, and it looks like that they have no right to issues those license at all. So basically Cloudbet is working with bogus license, meaning they have no license at all.
On Monday I will file complaint with SBR and see what they can do about my money.
In the meantime, be smart and STAY AWAY from Cloudbet.
It is sad when people have their accounts frozen and the companies start ignoring their users. I hope Cloudbet sort your issue out.
The licence Cloudbet has is probably not worth the electricity cost the was spent when sending it in an email. All these gambling licence authorites are useless and pathetic. They allow users to keep their gambling companies in the country rather than have them offshore. That is their primary function.
Dean Nolan and his Betking scam have their gambling licence from Costa Rica by registering as an off-shore company.
Stake, Primedice and Bitsler are excellent companies with excellent reputations, they have their licences from Curacao by registering their off-shore companies there.
All these licences are useless for end users. All they do is to allow the owners to show some sort of "licence" on their website to show credibility when it does nothing of the sort in reality. If they were to get a real gambling licence (rather these buy-an-egambling-licence) from their own countries they would fall foul of the legislation and requirements.
