I also find this developer solution strange. I can assume that this is due to the bad situation in the cryptocurrency market. The developers do not want to force all investors to buy tokens in the first week of sales.

All sellers of any goods are trying to encourage you to make a purchase as soon as possible. This is the basic rule of sales.
