1. Barely able to meet the demands of community after community/hilriousandco created threads for actionable item. Note: Threads was for welfare of community and by global Mod but still it took more than a month by theymos to write "ok" or "not ok".
2. People who have account hacked are still waiting for their account unlocked for almost an year. They are also ready to give the payments for their accounts. Can't you see a very busy admin here who is not able to help the users who are following rules in the forum?
3. Money does not matter to him so stop offering him any money related suggestion to him.

AFAIK theymos has unbanned at least a couple of users perma-banned for plagiarism:

- one who could prove they were framed
- one who messed up quoting

That sounds like enough flexibility. But please feel free to show the post you were banned for so that we can evaluate it.
