So there is nothing like registering on the market (probably you meant listing on an exchange) they are over 80% scam icos around even when the list on an exchange it is not a guarantee that it is a good ico most ico listed actual dumps to dust. Well you can only be cautious although you can't be 100% correct about an ico but a good and professional look at the white paper and also the team behind the project and who are already invested in it.
