It is completely different with the run of all countries-centralization. Thus, if all countries accept crypto to pay something, probably the government cant control many complicated problems such as illegal transaction or illegal activities. Moreover, yep nothing is completely secured when connecting with internet. Definitely the number of hackers as well as scammers will increase. Many people are more likely to be in loss and thus the depression would be up.
