To reach all the goals of IOU as they promised in the white papers they should actually work with the plan as a team so they can easily gain more positive workflow, they should do have a check list and reporting communication for every team member this will bring more results for IOU.

Indeed, but, what project makes themselves separated? I mean, even if you wanted to make a project, you need to be perspective in the team so that you can get a great impact.

lobster seems the team is strong so there was a way with IOU for more success as most deployments are on time and success so there is a chance to reach the targets that is gaining goodwill through more traffic.
