I don't think there will be 2nd phase at all since the beta is still in full force.

@nd phase could be open beta,where everyone interested could freely join.Interest for app is huge,and i think open beta would be big success.

Im sure that will happen too,but maybe they are timing that with public sale,as that would give extra boost.
